Wednesday evening dinner: Hogz Brew BBQ. Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Beans, Cheesy Potatoes, Coleslaw. A cash bar will be available. Beer Tasting with Scratchtown Brewing and Pals Brewing will be offered.
Thursday afternoon lunch: Posh Farm Catering. Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, pasta salad and fruit.
Thursday evening dinner: Posh Farm Catering. Flatiron Steak, salad, potatoes, vegetables, roll and desert. A cash bar will be available. One drink ticket per registered attendee will be offered.
