We assist Small Business owners looking to expand their business through the purchase of Commercial Real Estate and or Capital Equipment. NEDCO works with Nebraska lenders to provide up to 90% financing for Fixed Asset Purchases of building, construction of buildings and equipment.
NEDCO provides up to 40% of the total project cost with a 10 or 20 year fixed rate loan in a 2nd lien position. Nebraska Lenders provide up to 50% of the financing in a 1st lien position, with the borrower providing as little as 10% equity.

NIFA is an independent quasi-governmental instrumentality that encourages the investment of private capital in Nebraska to stimulate economic growth, thereby creating jobs and building the tax base for communities in the state. NIFA's programs provide low-interest rate financing for manufacturing facilities, certain farm property, health care facilities, residential rental properties, housing rehabilitation, homeownership, public safety communications projects and wastewater treatment and safe drinking water facilities. NIFA also provides technical assistance for activities related to these areas, while preserving and growing the asset base used to provide these resources.
